Tender for tender for construction of rotary at different nodes-1, 2, 3 and 4 at vrindavan yojna, lucknow. - bituminous workdismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per technical specification clause 202. 2 providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical meansincluding supply of all materials, labour t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work as per mort&h specificationno. 502 (5.1)and as per dierction of the engineer in charge. 3 providing & laying dense graded bituminous macadam with hot mix 100-120 tph hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hourusing crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,@ 4.0 to 4.5 % weight of total mix and fillertransporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaticpaver finisher with sensor controller to requiredgrade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of mort & h section-507 (vg-30) 4 providing & applying tack coat with bitumen vg-10using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg/sqm on theprepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broomincluding supply of all materials, labour t&p etc. required for proper completion of the work as per mort&h specification and as per dierction of the engineer in charge. 5 providing & laying bituminous concrete 30 mm withhigher capacitybatch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hourusing crushed aggregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder,@5.4% weight of total mix and fillertransporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostaticpaver finisher with sensor controller to requiredgrade, level & alignment & rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieved the desired compaction complete in all respects & as per relevant clauses of mort & h section-507 6 providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 grms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per irc:35. the finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. 7 supply and fixing of pavement marker (cat eye) type x - astmd - 4956 - 04 avey dennison / 3 - m (usa make) consisting of asa plastic housing fitted with lightly adherent ploting compound. the housing cell contain prismatic two glass covered presmatic reflective fase to reflect incident light. (rpm with shank as per astm. dar 8.35 8 supply and fixing of monument forrotary including supply of all materials labourt & petc. required for proper complition of the work and as per direction by e/i. (m. r.) 9 retro-reflectivesheeting type-iv with 4 mm thick acm double side:providing & fixing of reflective signs with a corrosion resistant 4 mm thick with 0.4 to 0.5 mm both side aluminium skin aluminium composite panel face to be fully covered with high intensity prismatic sheeting type iv as per irc-67:2012 retro reflective sheeting with back frame ms angle of 35x35x5 mm. legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per morth specification no-801.3.7 the sheeting shall have a pressure sensitive adhesive of the aggressive-lack type requiring no heat. solvent other preparation for adhesion to a smooth clean surface, in a manner recommended by the sheeting manufacturer. the acm (aluminium composite materials) shall be fixed on the back frame ms angle with riveting. micro prismatic type iv retro reflective sheeting confirming to astm d4958-09 shall be pressure fixed. the retro reflective sheeling shall be lested for a certificate of having the sheeting tested for coefficient of retro reflection, daytime colour and luminance, shrinkage, flexibility, liner removal, adhesion, impact resistance, specular gloss and fungus resistance, 3 years outdoor weathering and its having passed these tests shall be obtained from international government laboratory/ iristitute by the manufacturer of the sheeting and in case the certificate is obtained from international condition, it should also be obtained from indian condition within 3 years of launching of product by the manufacture in abroad. aternatively, a certificate conforming to astm specification (d) 4956-09) on artificial accelerated weathering requirements from a reputed laboratory in india can be accepted provisionally, in such a situation, the employer/client, if so desires, could seek for a performance guarantee which would be released after receipt of certificate meeting the requirement of three years outdoor weathering of the sheeting as per irc 67:2012 & proof of the same report shall be uploaded which quoting tender. the rate shall include all materiais, labour, t&p, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge. uppwd sor 2020-21 ch-26 s.i. no. 11 ref mort&h-801 10 providing and laying of trapezoidal hump/table top speed breaker as per drawing/design including all material, labour, t&p etc complete as per direction of e/i. 11 circular rotary and triangular islandearth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10sqm.on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50m and lift upto1.5m as directed by e/i. (uppwd sor chap- 8, si no 1, ref to dar 4.1.8) 13 centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: foundations, footings, bases for columns(uppwd sor chap- 8, si no 3, ref to dar 4.3.1) 14 providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement, 1.5 coarse sand and 3 graded stone agreegate 20mm nominal size). (uppwd sor chap- 8, si no 1, ref to dar 4.1.2) 15 m.s.iron work in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work wrought to required shape as necessory including bending for proper completion of the work. and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised overlapping shall be measured. 16 finishing wall with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade :new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg /10 sqm )(apex ultima weather coat all guard ) asian, berger also including providing and applying white cement based putty of averge thickness 1 mm of approved brand over the plasterd surface to prepare thesurface even and smooth complete as per direction by e/i. 17 providing and fixing stainless steel (grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, ivc fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners stainless steel bolts etc. of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.). 18 filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidation each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.
