Tender for supply & testing of ac drive specification: 1 ac drive required to drive squirrel cage im: 22kw / 30 hp, 3ph, 415vac, 50 hz, 4 pole / 6 pole, s4 duty for crane hoist/lt motor appli cation. 2 ac drive mains supply:3ph, 380-400 vac 50 hz. 3 ac drive o/p rating, high overload capacity: 2 2 kw 4 drive o/p rating, normal ol capacity:30 kw 5 panel mounting type, protection: ip-20 6 drive to w ork without encoder feedback system with suitable current feedback system for speed control with require d braking chopper,, rfi & emc filter. 7 drive with inbuilt protection system: drive overload, excessive load, ground fault, heatsink over temperature, motor over load, over speed limit, over voltage, under voltage, s hort circuit etc. 8 ac drive to work from the digital inputs in, up/down or forward / reverse direction & in jog, start, stop, speed-1, speed-2 & speed-3 modes. 9 drive with standard minimum; 6 digital i/ps, 2 digital o/ps, 2 analog i/ps, 1 analog o/p & 2 relay o/ps. 10 drive shall have hmi with touchpad key mou nted to display various operating parameters in english. hmi with editing drive parameters & self-monitorin g watch dog facility to display fault and alarm indications. 11 drive software program for crane duty be in soft copy. 12 cable to communicate between laptop & ac drive shall be supplied. 13 supply of operating manual in hard copy. 14 joint inspection at rwf, rwf will make necessary cable connections to the rated capacity induction motor & ac drive. supplier has to test the ac drive for the rated capacity induction moto r on the crane/equipment and tuned parameters in soft copy. 15 make : danfoss vlt automation drive f c-302 series or ab power flex 755 series or siemens s-120 series or abb acs-880-m04 series or yaskawa ga-700. series only warranty period: 30 months after the date of delivery
