Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) by the Boards / Undertakings / Psu Of Karnataka for Tender For Providing Architectural, Design Consultancy Including Project Management Services For Construction Of Multipurpose Building And Trainee Hostel With Vip Transit House Building At Beml Township, Mysuru; 1 Basic Engineering shall include topographic survey, complete building layout and plan for both the buildings (Multipurpose building & Trainee hostel with VIP Transit House) with suitability to cater the required facility & 3D walk through presentations. 03 (Three) different Optional layout plans in 2D with elevations, shall be presented for discussion & approvals from BEML. 3D walkthrough presentations to be made for approved /Corrected option. The selected one option shall be used for detailed design and execution. i) 15 days from scheduled date of commencement of Work for submission of building layouts in 2D 20% of the total quoted amount shall be paid on completion of jobs mentioned at sl. nos (i) & (ii) (ii) 21 days from the date of acceptance of plant layout by BEML for submission of 3D walk-through presentation. 2 Soil testing and borewell points: (i) Conducting Soil testing in both the locations by a reputed agency and submission of the report. (ii)Hydrogeological investigation for identification borewell points on both the locations and submission of the report. 30 days from the date of commencement mentioned in the PO. 10% shall be paid after completion of Soil testing and submission of report 3 Complete Design / Calculations & Detailed Engineering for Multipurpose building & Trainee hostel with VIP Transit House sufficiently rigid to take wind & seismic load as applicable in that area and shall also include analysis and design of Civil, Architectural and Structural for foundation structures, drainage system, roads, waste water treatment plants, firefighting system, mechanical works like Interiors, air-conditioning, furniture, electrical works including substation, DG set, DG room, & allied required works, utility services pump house, UG Sump, OHT, rain water harvesting, garden , drinking water system, sanitary lines, Office area, material store etc., complete for all that is required as per the required mentioned in the page 13 and 14. The above description is for information purpose and BEML Ltd., may add or delete additional utilities, facilities, during the tenure of the project. The Green building concept may be opted in the design, wherever applicable. Preparation and submission of estimates based on latest MES SSR & Market rates, BOQ, detailed specification and assisting M/s BEML Ltd., for finalization of contract for execution. 4 Liasoning works: i)Preparation & submission of all relevant documents and obtaining approvals/license from Mysuru city corporation Authorities, Forest Department, Electricity board, or any statutory approval from Govt. bodies/quasi/local acts as required before starting of project and after completion of the work for completion of the project in all respects. Note: BEML Ltd., shall pay all the statutory fees/payments as applicable to the concerned agencies / departments on production of documentary proofs. Concurrent activity 10% of the total quoted amount shall be paid on submission of the approvals/license from the statutory bodies before execution. 10% of the total quoted amount shall be paid on submission of the approvals/license from the statutory bodies after completion of the project. 5 Third Party design Certification: Preparation & submission of all relevant documents and obtain approvals from third party certification for Structural Design Calculations from IIT’s/IISc. Concurrent activity 10% of the total quoted amount shall be paid on submission of the certification report. 6 Project Monitoring: Preparation and release of Good for Construction drawings, 3D views for interior works (as hard copies and soft copy -03 Copies), preparation of PERT chart activity wise using software and monitoring of weekly progress by submitting the progress report. The consultant has to verify, certify the quality and quantities or any relevant document essential for the RAR & Final bills claimed by executing contractor/s before those bills are submitted to BEML Ltd., The consultant has to prepare/certify deviation order, rate analysis for non-tender items, if any and completion certificate for executing contractor/s. in Mysore - Karnataka has been published.
