Replace All Defective Condensate Drain Pipes And Fittings, As Per Site Condition For 8Numbers Hvac Package Units With New Upvc Pipes And Fittings Of Similar Size, With Proper Slope Towards The Nearest Roof Drain 2. The Entire Condensate Drain Piping Shall Be Properly Supported, Insulated And Duly Finished With Canvas Cloth Wrapping And Two Coats Of Vapor Barrier Foster Seal. 3. Provide Aluminum Cladding Thickness .6 Mm Around The Foster Seal For The Entire Cd Piping Len Gth. 4. Use Good Quality New Materials Of Proper Thickness/Class/Density For Executing The Job. 5. Flushing Test Shall Be Done For T He Condensate Drain Pan And Piping For Each Package Unit Upon Completing The Installation To Ensure Proper Flow Of Water Towards The Roof Drain. 6. Contractor Shall Scrap The Defective Materials To Dewa Scrap Yard. Notes: A. Party Shall Visit The Site In Order To Understand And Assess The Complete Scope Of Works Prior To Quote And Then Quote Lump Sum Accordingly.
