Develop, Co-Ordinate And Deliver A Project To Address The Following: 1. Facilitate And Assist 1 No. Traveller Household Who Were Normally Resident At Mohill Halting Site, And Who Are Currently Effectively Homeless, To Identify A Sustainable Accommodation Solution That Is Deliverable By The Relevant Statutory And Voluntary Organisations Within A Reasonable Timeframe. 2. Facilitate, Assist And Support 5 No. Traveller Households (Inclusive Of The Household At No. 1 Above) Who Were Formerly Resident At Mohill Halting Site In Their Transition To Standard Accommodation In Terms Of The Sustainability Of Their Tenancies And Their Integration Into Their New Local Communities, To Include Identification And Delivery Of Necessary Pre And Post Transition Support Plan, As Appropriate, In Consultation With Leitrim County Council Housing Department. The Extent Of The Work Required With Individual Households Will Vary And Will Be Determined On The Basis Of A Detailed Assessment Of Their Tenancy Support Requirements By The Successful Tenderer, To Be Submitted To, And Agreed By, Leitrim County Council Housing Department. 3. Provide Assistance In Relation To Accessing Supports Where Gaps Are Identified In Relation To 5. No. Traveller Households Formerly Resident At Mohill Halting Site. 4. Support For Communities Within Those Local Authority/Private Estates In Which Traveller Families Are Being Housed To Promote Dialogue Between The Traveller And Settled Communities As Well As Agencies, And To Further Encourage Integration Through This Means, To Include Delivery Of Mediation And Conflict Resolution Support As Required. This Project Is Supported By The European Union’S Peace Iii Programme Managed For The Special Eu Programmes Body By Leitrim County Council On Behalf Of The County Leitrim Peace Iii Partnership.
