The Required Rigging Tools Such As Slings, Lifting Hooks Etc Under Contractor#S Scope. Dewa Shall Arrange F Orklift & Portale Crane For The Unloading & Loading Of Transformers With A Prior Request. The Offer For This Shall E Given As Option -1. Alternatively, The Work Can E Carried Out At Site In The Transformer Ay Itself. This Shall E Offered As Option-2. #Drain Theoi L & Store In The Empty Container For Disposal. Empty Container /Storage Tank Required For The Jo Shall E In Contractor#S Scope. C#I Nject And Maintain The Nitrogen Pressure So That Winding Is Not Exposed To Atmospheric Air. D#Keep The Tank & Core Coil Assemly Und Er Vacuum For 3 To 4 Hours To Remove Any Moisture. E#Replacing All Gaskets, O-Rings Etc. To Arrest The Leakages Of Transformers Men Tioned In The Annexure-1. F#After The Leak Rectification, Flush The Transformer Tank To Remove The Sludge#S & Refill The Transforme R Tank With New Oil. New Oil Will E Supplied Y Dewa. G#After Replacing The Gasket & Oil. The Oil Filtration Shall E Carried Out Til L Dv Reached Greater Than 60Kv And Moisture Content Is Less Than 5 Ppm. H#Attend Any Minor Leakage Along Withreplacing Oil Rings. Any Other Parts Such As Hv/Lv Ushings, Ucholz Relays Etc Found Damaged During Work Shall E Arranged And Replaced With In The Schedul E Y The Contractor On Urgent Asis After Dewa Approval. Spares Will E Supplied Y Dewa. I#Take Oil Sample To Confirm The Acceptale Re Sults. Oil Will E Tested At Dewa La. J#Discuss The Final Report With Dewa Representative. K#After The Successful Completion Of The Jo, Transformer Shall E Painted With Non-Corrosive Paint. Paint Shall E Provided Y The Contractor. L#The Contractor Shall Provide Systematic Procedure For Carrying Out The Aove Jo Along With The Offer. M#The Contractor Shall Provide Their Past References Of Car Rying Out Similar Jos. 3.#General Conditions A#The Prospective Supplier May Visit Thesite To Check The Site Conditions And The Jo Requirements. E#Contractor Shall Aide Y The Safety And Security Rules/ Regulations In- Force At The Power Station S. F#Disposal Of Used Oils & Any Other Y Products Of This Jo Shall E Under Contractor Scope. G#Work Shall E Carried Out In A Neat, Orderly And Safe Manner. H#The Permit To Work Shall E Arranged Y Dewa. I#Any Other Parts I.E. Hv/Lv Ushings, Found Damaged During The Work Shall E Arranged And Replaced Within The Schedule Y The Contractor On Urgent Asis After Dewa Approval And Same Shall E Rei Mursed As An Additional Scope. J#Unless Specified, The Contractor Scope Shall Cover All The Items Required For Completing The Jo I N Time With Safe Manner. K#Any Other Partsi.E. Hv/Lv Ushings, Found Damaged During The Work Shall E Arranged And Replaced Within T He Schedule Y The Contractor On Urgent Asis After Dewa Approval And Same Shall E Reimursed As An Additional Scope. 4.#Safety Precau Tions. A#The Contractor At Dewa Work Premises Shall Follow Dewa Safety And Environment Policy, Rules And Regulations During The Con Tract Period. #The Contractor Shall Carry Out Risk Assessment For All Works. This Risk Assessment Shall E From Safety As Well As Oc Cupational Health Considerations. C#Toolox Talks Shall E Given To Work Men Y Their Supervisor, Copy Of Which Shall E Given To Dewa. D#No Welding, Flame Heating Or Cutting, Grinding, Pneumatic Chipping Etc Shall E Carried Out Without Specific Clearance From Dewathrough #Hot Work Permits#. The Hot Work Permit If Required Shall E Otained On Daily Asis. E#The Contractor Shall At No Time Keep I Nflammale Sustances In The Plant /Work Areas. F#All Hazardous Wastages Shall E Moved Under Direction From And Written Approval To D Ewa Special Storage Area. G#The Contractors Work Will Fall Within The Preview Of Safety Surveys Conducted Regularly Y The Dewa Safe Ty Section. H#All The Workers Should Wear Necessary Ppe Required For The Jo Wherever As Applicale. 5.#Terms Of Payment: As Per Dewa Terms And Conditions 6.#Warranty : A#One Year Guarantee Shall E Given For The Material Supplied & Jo Carried Out Y The Contractor . #The Guarantee Will Take Effect From The Date Of Takeover Of The Entire System. C#When A Defect Is Noticed On The Jocarried Out During The Period Of Warranty, The Contractor Must Rectify The Fault Within A Reasonale Amount Of Time Fixed Y Dewa With No Claims Or Compensation.
