Eo Depot Myambat • Potable And Fire Water Networks • Waste Water And Trade Waste • Base Entry And Security It Is Anticipated That The Project Will Involve Interfacing And Approvals With External Authorities In Respect Of Hv Works, Waste Water Outfall And The Northern Road At Deoh, And Water Supply At Eo Depot Myambat. The Managing Contract Contract Mcc-1 2003 Is A Two Stage Contract Where The Successful Tenderer Is Appointed To Plan The Works 9The Planning Phase Incl. All Aspects Of Engineering, Environmental, Heritage, Contaminated Land Incl. Uxo And Services Condition And Capacity Investigations To Support Design, Capital And Operating Cost Estimates Fir Departmental And Government Approvals Necessary To Proceed To Construct The Works The Delivery Phase It Is Intended That The Contractor Will Complete The 5% Master Planning And Feasibility Review Milestone As Part Of Its’ Contractor Work Fee Planning With The Intention Of Refining Scope And Cost Prior To Finally Appointing The Planning Phase Design Team For The 30% Concept Level And 50% Schematic Level Of Design Milestones Under Clause 8 Of The Contract. Contractor Appointment For The Delivery Phase Is Subject To Achieving All Relevant Approvals, Incl. Parliamentary Approval Of The Proposed Works, And Achieving Delivery Phase Agreement In Accordance With The Contract
