Interested registered Firms/Parties having experience and providing such services to other Department/Organizations may send their particulars along with Tender Documents. TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The office/sub office of the agent should be in Islamabad & Rawalpindi. 2. Tender/Bid documents may be obtained from undersigned up to 03-09-2013 on payment of Rs. 500/- in Quaid-i-Azam University Accounts as tender cost, on all working days during office hours, except Holidays on written request on a letter head pad of the agency along with necessary documents. 3. Sealed Tender must be reached this office along with relevant documents latest by 05-09-2013 at 10.30 hours and will be opened on the same day at 11.00 hours in the office of Purchase & Stores Officer Room No. 26) in the presence of bidders or their authorized agents who may care to be present. 4. Telegraphic and conditional tender will not be accepted. The rates must be quoted strictly in accordance with our requirement and valid for one year up to 30-06-2014. 5.
