The Scope Of Amc Will Include Preventive And Breakdown Maintenance. Amc Charges Will Include All Cost Of Personnel, Spares Etc. Except The Cost Of Consumables Required For Day To Day Operation & Daily Maintenance Checks. Ii During Amc, Firm Should Att End The Equipment Within 7 Days After Receipt Of Written Letter/Notice For Carrying Maintenance And The Equi Pment Down Time For Each Maintenance Activity Shall Not To More Than 48 Hrs. Iii The Supplier Shall Quote Amc Rates For Each Of The Five Years. The Amc Charges Would Be Added To The For Destination Price Quoted For M&P For The Purpose Of Comparative Evaluation Of Offer. In Order To Equality Compare Different Amc Char Ges For Different Years. The Concept Of Npv Net Present Value May Be Used At A Pre - Determined Rate Of Di Scounting To Bring The Amc Charges At The Same Footing In The Assessment Of For Destination Price. Iv Th E Post- Amc Maintenance Of Machines Will Be Dealt With By End Users. In Order To Facilitate The Same, Suppli Ers Are Required To Give The Current Cost Of Spares Required For Maintenance Of Machine After Amc Period An D The Current Service Charges For Each Items Of Work Of Repair Of M&P Beyond The Amc Period. V Supplier, Who Is Oem Must Give Undertaking For Supply Of Spare Parts For A Period Of Expected Life Of The Machine/Eq Uipment. Ohter Suppliers Must Submit Undertaking From Oem From Supply Of Spare Parts For Period Of Expec Ted Life Of The Machine/Equipment. Vi The Supplier Shall Quote Separately The Amc Charges. Note: Firms T O Quote Separately I.E Year 1 Tab For 3Rd Year, Year 2 Tab For 4Th Year, Year 3 Tab For 5Th Year, Year 4 Tab For 6Th Year, Year 5 Tab For 7Th Year. Warranty Period: 2 Years, Amc Period: 5 Years, Rate Of Discounting: 10 %
