Tender For Re Construction Of Gangupur To Ganeshpur Mdhya Bhag First - Providing laying and spreding and compacting stoneaggrigate of 53-22.4mmsize to water bound macadam specification includingspreading in uniform thikness hand packing rooling with smooth wheel roller 80-100kn in stages to proper grade and cambermaterial manually mixing in place with rotavater and compacti applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the entrstices of coarse aggrigate watering and compacting to the required density 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means . 3 Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sqm on the preparedsurface cleaned with hydraulic broom . 4 Providinglaying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat . 5 Providing and laying seal coat C Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall . 6 Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from available land as permitted and approved byEngineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specitaion Clause 301.3.4.1,with all liftsand leads,spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 7 Brick edging on both sides of the road with first class bricks 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep laid with mudmortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alingment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in -charge. 8 Routine maintenance charge up to 5 Year for any diffect/damaged found after constrution for all works including restoration of paved surface, soulders culverts, road furniture etc complete as per dirction of E/I .
