Amethi. - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. 2 Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion/ Vg-10 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 3 Providing and laying densed gradded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grede,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specificationsclauses507 complete work in all respects. including supply of all materials,labour,T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work. 4 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.including Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5 Providing and laying 25mm thickbituminous concrete with higher capacity batch typehot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.20 % percent of mix and filler ,transporting the hot mix material to work site , laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade ,level and alignment ,rolling with smooth wheeled , vibratory and tandem roller , to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H.. specification clause no - 507, complete in all respect. ( Grading -I ) 6 Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with ReflectoringmGlass Beads on Bituminous Surface,Providing and laying of Hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectoring glass beads @ 250 gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.50mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC :35.The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rate AS per UPPWD. 7 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means/manual means over areas including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and for all lift for all kinds of soil. 8 M-150 Brick workin foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 with cement and coarse sand. 9 12 mm thick cement plaster of mortar 1:4 with cement and coarse sand on brick work. 10 Providing & laying in position cement concrete of grade 1:5:10 with cement, coarse sand and 40 mm grade stone aggregates. 11 Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks of M-35 Grade with approved colour, design and pattern ,thickness & size / shape complete item no 16.91.2 12 M-150 Brick workin plinth and foundation with cement mortar 1:4 with cement and coarse sand. 13 Providing and fixing concrete 1:1.5:3( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)on culvert parapet as per standard design,including finishing smooth with cement mortar . 14 Finishing Walls With water proof cement paint of approved make and quality on new work with 2 coats to give an even shadeincluding Supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. on culvert parapet 15 Repairing of 110 mm dia Water supply line leakages including cost of earth work excavation, bailing out water,supply of pipe, D-joint ,nut bolts and specials etc.as required at site condition complete sa per direction of Engineer In-Charge. 16 Repairing of 160 mm dia Water supply line leakages including cost of earth work excavation, bailing out water,supply of pipe, D-joint ,nut bolts and specials etc.as required at site condition complete sa per direction of Engineer In-Charge. 17 Providing and laying of 100 mm dia PVC pipe as per code specifications including cost of all material ,specials, excavation of earth work,all labour T&P etc ,testing of pipe line as per requirement complete 18 Providing and laying of 150 mm dia PVC pipe as per code specifications including cost of all material ,specials, excavation of earth work,all labour T&Petc,testing of pipe line as per requirement complete 19 Repairing and rewinding of motor,repairing of pump accessories complete including cost of all material,labour ,T&P etc as required at site condition also including lowering & lifting of motor pump from tubewell boring testing complete. 20 Repairing of Electric control panel 21 Manual sweeping ,garbage/litter collection and removal of animal carcasses etc in all streets,main and arterial roads all street and roadsurfaces, footpaths, pavements, parking, lots, foot, overbridges, busshelters, roadmedians, traffic islands and any other open public areas and structures outing. 22 Cleaning & removal of garbage, litter, silt or any blockages from the street side, shallow surface drains(other than under ground sewerage and under ground drains) including tractor with trolly, its POL & Driver, 2 nos helper for loading/unloading of garbage, etc . complete item as per direction of Engineer in charge. 23 Desilting of drain in foul position (work frequency every week ) including disposal of silt/waste out side of industrial area as per direction of Engineer in charge. 24 Clearing jungle i/c uprooting of rank vegetations, grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto 50m.
