As per technical specification clause 502 including cost of bitumen emulsion (SS-1) 13 Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surfacecleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503 including cost of bitumen (VG-10) 14 Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously Prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100kN static roller capacity finished to required lavel and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Techincal Specification clause 508 including cost of bitumen 15 Providing and applying seal coat type C comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and standards and it the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surfaceand structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenace period which begins from the actual Completion Data and ends after Five years (including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.75 % 20 The routing maintenance of above road including earthen
