and preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots and filling holes and cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) over a coat of primer through mechanical means including necessary scaffolding upto 6th storey complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. 6 Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or with steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot’s, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oily and greasy spots and filling holesand cracks with suitable material like white cement or plaster of paris and applying one coat distemper oil emulsion, through mechanical means white or tinted including necessary scaffolding up
