The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2 mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame. 25 Providing and fixing to existing door frames. 26 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames. 27 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. 28 In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works. 29 Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1stquality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in colours White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4(1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. 30 Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. 31 Single tee with door -110x110x110 mm 32 Bend 87.5° -110 mm bend 33 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 34 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) 35 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 36 New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) 37 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: 38 Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture. 39 Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. 40 Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge. 41 Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the samemembrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. [ Projected area of scaffolding frame work on buiding elevation to be measured for payment] 81 Felling of trees like banyan, pipul etc from compound walls, building walls, cornices etc by making scaffolding where necessary including cutting of trunks and branches, application of chemicals/weedicides to the remaining portion to kill the growth of tree and ultimately removing the roots from the walls by cutting walls and mending good complete. ( The rate is inclusive of the mending good the walls with bricks/concretes/plasters and disposing of branches/trunks to vats inside compound for further disposal) 82 a) Of girth above 30 cm upto 60 cm (measured above 1.0 m from GL toupto 5.0 m height) 83 Extra for shifting of existing scaffolding by lifting/dragging or partially dismantling and re-erecting the dismantled portion in position (shifting at least 1.50 m from initial centre line of position) over payment for initial erection & dismantling paid in original item of scaffolding.
