Tender for e-tender for repairing, painting, floor cleaning ,polishing, electrical wiring & wood work of mess at bt lines, 29/1 bt road, during the year 2024-2025.= 1 estimate for repairing, painting, floor cleaning,polishing, electrical wiring & wood work of mess at bt lines, 29/1 bt road, during the year 2024-2025. 2 stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed. 3 cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips 5.6 mm size with hexagonal square mesh wire netting, i.r.c. fabric mesh or x.p. m. fitted and fixed after tying the existing reinforcement on concrete without distributing the same and with proper scarping and cleaning the reinforcement and disturbed concrete with wire brush etc. after applying a coat of cement including the cost of wire netting i.r.c or x. p. m. & cost of all handling and scaffolding complete as per direction of engineer-in -charge. b) 25 mm thick 4 a) applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per manufacturers specification [cement to be supplied by the department] 5 cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, marking defective locations and removing loose concrete by careful stripping untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete as per direction of the engineer - in - charge 6 plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including round off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/stagingwhere necessary (ground floor). [excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface](i) with 1:6 cement mortar(c) 15 mm thick plaster 7 (ii) with 1:4 cement mortar (c) 10 mm thick plaster 8 (b) rendering the surface of walls and ceiling with white cement based wall putty of approved make and brand (1.5mm thick) 9 acrylic distemperto interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent based interior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturers specification) including cleaning and smoothning of surface. two coats 10 supplying best indian sheet glass panes set in putty and fitted and fixed with nails and putty complete. (in all floors for internal wall & upto 6 m height for external wall) (i) 3 mm thick (weighing 7.4 kg/sq.m) 11 dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m(a) upto 150 mm. thick 12 ordinary cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant is codes. a) pakur variety 13 supplying, fitting & fixing 1st quality ceramic tiles in walls and floors to match with the existing work & 4 nos. of key stones (10mm) fixed with araldite at the back of each tile & finishing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring oxide if required to match the colour of tiles including roughening of concrete surface, if necessary or by synthetic adhesive & grout materials etc.(a) floor with sand cement mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91 kg/sq.m & joint filling using white cement slurry @ 0.20kg/sq.m. (a) area of each tile upto 0.09 sq.m (i) coloured decorative 14 (b) wall with sand cement mortar (1:4) 20 mm thick & 2 mm thick cement slurry at back side of tiles using cement @ 2.91 kg/sq.m & joint filling using white cement slurry @ 0.20kg/sq.m. (a) area of each tile upto 0.09 sq.m (i) coloured decorative 15 (a) painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary:(a) on timber or plastered surface:with super gloss (hi-gloss)- (iv) two coats (with any shade except white) 16 labour for taking out door and window frame including shutter for repair or replacement of different parts of the frame & refixing the same including mending good all damaes complete. (concrete and brick work for mending damage will be paid separately) (a) upto area 2.5 sq.m 17 wood work in door and window frame fitted and fixed in position complete including a protective coat of painting at the contact surface of the frame exluding cost of concrete, iron butt hinges and m.s clamps. [note : for estimate purpose construction wing may consider weight of 2- track aluminium window @ 5.5 kg per sq.m.and 3-track aluminium window @ 6.5 kg per sq.m] 21 polishing only of old marble or terrazo work with oxalic acid powder using 33 gms/ sq.m. by manual labour / machine where necessary. 22 supply & fixing 240 v, 6 a, 3 pin modular type plug socket (legrand/l&t) with 6a modular type switch, without plug top on 4 module gi modular type switch board with 3 module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. s&f switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with pvc cu wire and earth continuity wire etc. (for seperate plug) 23 distribution wiring in 1.1 kv grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded fr pvc insulated & unsheathed copper wire (brand approved by eic) partly in 20mm size pvc rigid conduit fr (precision make) [for horizontal run & above false ceiling portion only] and in 19mm bore, 3mm thick polythene pipe [for vertical run embedded in wall],with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded fr pvc insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ecc, to light/fan/call bell points with modular type switch (brand approved by eic) fixed on modular gi switch board complete with 2 no. suitable size “ph & n” copper bar with top cover plate making earthing attachment fixed on wall incl. mending good damages to original finish.
