16869Procurement of Partition Screen to cover open area presently utilized for Sand Model Store to Enhance the get up of SW Foyer Grant for the FY 2018-19 (Unit Price should inclusive of GST and to be shown at time of invoice separately) Note:-
(a) It is mandatory on the part of the vendor that GST is mentioned item wise separately in the Bill provided by the Vendor at the time of delivery of stores and also if the total contracted value exceeds Rs 2.50 Lakh in respect of bidder, TDS to the tune of 2% is also mentioned separately on the vendor’s bill.
(b) In case, vendor fails to calculate the above two clauses, the bill will not be further processed for payment
