Note: GST is extra @18% for service items given from Serial No. 16 to 26. GST is inclusive for supply items from serial no. 1 to 15. The payment for the works including supply and service part shall be made on actual quantity of work done and material supplied and not as lumpsum. The tender value in the tender document is calculated considering the supply of material and service part including contingencies. The measurment shall be done jointly and payment will be made as per the schedule of rates given below on the basis of actual quantity of work done and material supplied and not as lumpsum .
