Conditions:-
Note:(1) Item for which no rate or price has been entered in the bill of quantities, will not be paid for by the Employer when executed and shall be deemed covered by the other rates and prices in the Bill of Quantities (refer: ITB Clause 13.1 and GCC Clause 43.3),Latest Amenments/ Editions of all IS codes should be used.
(2) Unit rates and prices shall be quoted by the bidder in Indian rupee.
(3) Where there is a discrepancy between the rate in figures and words, the rates in words will govern
(4) Where there is a discrepancy between the unit rate and the line item total resulting from multiplying the unit rate by quantity, the unit rate quoted shall govern.
(5) The rates shall be inclusive of all duties and Taxes, such as GST etc.
(6) All the work / Material shall be executed as per Punjab PWD Book of specifications as well as ISI specification with latest amendments. (As per list attached)
(7) We agree to execute the works in accordance with the approved the drawings and technical specifications at the total contract price of INR 5.73 Lacs (in figure), INR Five Lac Seventy Three Thousand Only (in words).
