supply of anao’s purpose is to support accountability and transparency in the australian government sector through independent reporting to the parliament, and thereby contribute to improved public sector performance. the anao delivers its purpose under the auditor-general’s mandate in accordance with the auditor-general act 1997, the public governance, performance and accountability act 2013 and the public service act 1999. the anao aims to support the delivery of an integrated program of high-quality auditor-general reports that are timely, cost-effective and conducted in accordance with the anao’s auditing standards. through this program, the anao aims to meet the needs and expectations of the parliament and contribute to improved public sector performance. as such, the anao is seeking a supplier with proven experience in the provision of the quality assurance reviews of financial statements audits and other assurance engagements. this will include the demonstrated ability to provide the anao with the required services outlined in schedule 1.
australian war memorial is issuing this rft to identify the tenderer or tenderers best qualified for the provision of a collection management solution cms including collection management and digital asset management applications for the australian war memorial. in summary, the memorial is seeking the provision of two related applications: collection management and digital asset management. tenderers may propose solutions for either or both applications and preference will be given to systems that comply with the collections trust spectrum collection management standard. further details of the requirement are set out in schedule 1 statement of requirement. tenderers must offer to provide the entire requirement for either: a collection management; or b digital asset management; or c both applications, as specified in this rft. no tenders for only part of either category of service will be accepted.
supply of summary, the memorial is seeking the provision of a construction contractor to construct the extension to the poppy’s café carpark based on a fully designed “approved for tender” documentation set issued at tender. the project includes the construction of a carpark extension to the existing underground carpark park underneath poppy’s café and the eastern precinct. the new single storey underground carpark will provide additional 123 carparks parking for staff and memorial visitors to the east of the exiting carpark. the upper deck of the permanent carpark will provide a further 115 carparks temporary parking onsite for the redevelopment project. the objectives established by the australian war memorial for the project are: a. complete the project within the allocated capital budget; b. maximise the permanent and temporary parking spaces on the available land; c. complete the works whilst minimising impact to the operation of poppy’s café; d. complete the works whilst minimising impact to the access for visitors and staff to the current carpark; e. complete the project by friday 24 april 2020 prior to anzac day 2020; and f. complete the construction without any lost time injuries. further details of the requirement are set out in the statement of requirement included as schedule 1 – statement of requirement.
