demolition of and removal of seven unserviceable and end of life buildings and assets at hmas stirliing. the project also includes reinstatement works for all buildings / assets as detailed in the scope.

project requires replacement of the existing charging unit, which has now reached the end of its serviceable life. the works will endeavour to deliver a solution that provides the navy full charging capability when a submarine is in dock at garden island. the project will require a full direct current charging system that replaces the siemens system that is no longer serviceable.

project involves the modification of three 3 existing facilities within compound 804 at raaf base amberley to support base operations. each facility is an explosive ordnance eo facility that handles and stores ammunition and explosives.

building works including removal and replacement of floor coverings, patching and painting works, remediation of air-conditioning system, roofing works and interior remediation at dst edinburgh.

internal refurbishment works including paint work to all surfaces walls, ceilings, door and window frames, replacement of rotting/damaged timber, floor coverings carpet, floorboards, vinyl and upgrades to ablutions. external work includes paint work weatherboard, timber, fascias, eaves, gutters, down pipes, door and window frames, safety bollards, upgrades to stormwater gutters, rain water heads, downpipes, replacement of brickwork and rotting/damaged timber and removal of asbestos containing material as required.

scope of works will require the completion of investigations and fire compliance upgrade works at both garden island defence precinct gidp and the hmas kuttabul site to address p3 work items along with roof repair and painting works to various buildings.

project involves internal and external refurbishment works to the building at the port wakefield proof range, including floor replacement, replacement of end of life electrical switchboards, supply and install additional air conditioning units, re-roofing, salt damp repairs, patch and paint, and other minor building works.
