replacement and pac refurbishment scope of work : 1 removal of two 2 existin g complete condenser coils 1 x 2 2 of skm package ac, model: pacx - 5032 yro supply, installation, testing and commissioning o f new condenser coils with copper to copper and thermo-guard coating. the air-cooled condenser coils should be as old coils technical specifications. 2 all mechanical & electrical work included in the scope. a. cutting, grinding, brazing of re frigerant pipes, disconnection, reconnection, removal, reinstallation condenser cooling fans & motors and testing & commissioning of the ac unit shall be carried out by contractor. b. disconnection of control & power cables connections shifting of the control panels from the structure of the condensing units as required for completing the job. c. control panel enclos ure shall be replaced and replace the defective component inside the panel. 3 removed condenser coil to be shift to d-station scrap yard by the contractor. 4 compressor oil drier core to be replace after first run. all bolt and nuts should be s/s and proper support to be provided. 6 the bidders shall submit expected lifetime of tubes & fins of their proposed condenser coils to evaluate their offer. 7 pressure test with nitrogen gas shall be at 400 psig for 48 hrs. 8 it is the contractor responsibility to take act ual measurements of coils as per site requirements. 9 package unit shall be painted by using anti-corrosive paint. 10 replace the ackage unit mounting springs & compressor mounting springs. 11 anti-corrosive thermo guard coating guarantees up to 08 years from d ate of commissioning. 12 contractor shall provide a complete schedule indicating time required for delivery & installation for the complete units given in our enquiry. 13 if any workmanship defects noticed, the same shall be rectify within 3 working days with al the materials required to restore the unit. 14 contractor has to replace the complete coil during the warranty if, a. a ny material/ manufacturing defects noticed in the supplied coil. b. coil fail to meet the performance requirement. 15 per formance test of the refurbished coil shall be carryout at the peak summer above 42 degree centigrade 16 any other
