the memorial is seeking a town planner for the project to undertake all necessary activities including, but not limited to: planning, scoping, documentation, reporting, advice, and consultation to prepare and lodge works approval wa applications to the national capital authority nca for the project. the town planner is to prepare two 2 works approvals for lodgement to the nca. wa lodgement is subject to epbc and pwc approval. the memorial expects to receive these approvals in july 2020, with the intention that the wa is ready for lodgement once approval is received. the planner is responsible for all consultation with the nca, lodgement of the wa and payment of fees. throughout all stages, the town planner is to attend project meetings as required, including start-up, report rand deliverable review, and with the nca as required throughout the project regularly liaise with the memorial and provide advice and assistance as appropriate in relation to all planning aspects of the project; and undertake the services to meet the requirements set by the memorial for the projec
