provide services for joint project jp 9111 joint command and control c2. jp9111 is seeking one or more industry partners that can establish teaming arrangements to collaborate with the commonwealth in support of the joint c2 capability, to manage, deliver and coordinate the sustainment and acquisition of extant, new and evolving applications and systems. the joint c2 information environment will support the australian defence force defence to plan and execute operations and exercises at all levels of command either independently, as part of an australian-led coalition, or as a component of a wider five eyes coalition. in particular, jp 9111 will design and support the joint c2 applications, associated information and systems on the deployed and fixed secret networks to support and optimise the joint force. the response duration of the itr is five weeks and it is the first component of a multi-staged procurement. there is no requirement for costings in this itr, however there is a page limit on the response.
